* Prefer tea bags to make the mix easier
* Black tea or green tea, depending your how strong you like your tea
* Spearmint or pepper mint
This recipe is for 1-2 servings. Depends on how many people, you can multiply the quantity of tea and mint to the number of people.
How to make hot minted tea?
1) Boil the water and let it stand for about 3 min. In the mean time, mix the mint with the tea of your choice. Generally, 1 teaspoon (or 5 ml) of mix for 5.5 ounces of water (45 mL)
2) Pour the water into a glass and add the mix. Stir well and serve.
If you prefer iced minted tea, follow the same steps as making hot minted tea with 1 small change.
* Add 1.5 teaspoon (or 7.5 ml) of mix instead of 1 teaspoon. Since the ice will increase the volume of liquid, more mix will keep the taste of the tea and mint.

1) First you boil the water. Let it stand for about 3 min. While waiting for the water to boil, make the mix of your choice (either spearmint with green tea or peppermint with black tea).
2) Put 1.5 teaspoon (or 7.5 ml) of mix for 7.5 ounces of water (45 ml). Pour the tea into ice-filled glasses and serve.
