* Cucumber
* a can of boneless salmon
* Salt or pepper to taste
* A loaf of white or wheat bread

How to make these tea sandwiches?

1) Drain the salmon. Heat it up a bit if you want (assuming the salmon is thoroughly cooked).

2) Wash the cucumber. Remove the outside coat. You don’t need to remove it completely. 70-80% is good enough. The coat kind of adds some color into the sandwiches. Cut the cumber into small slices.

3) Cut the loaf of bread into thin slices. Remove the edges.

4) Put the tuna into a clean bowl. Smash it into small bits. Spread a layer of tuna onto the slices of bread. Place one slice of cucumber into 1 slice of bread. Place these sandwiches into a white plate for a nice presentation.

Note: If you want to make triangle tea sandwiches, cut the bread before putting the slice of cucumber on it.
Enjoy,
