<p>There are wide varieties of iced tea recipes. Making ice tea is similar to making hot tea. However, since the melting ice will increase the volume of water, 50% more tea must be used.  After adding ice into the tea, tea should be kept in room temperature. Ice tea should be used within 3 hours or the ice tea would become iced water.</p>

<p><strong>Orange-peel iced tea</strong><br />
This tea taste refreshing, a bit bitter, with a touch of sweetness, and a hint of orange fragrance.<br />
For this iced tea recipe, you will need:<br />
* 3 teaspoons of tea (prefer green tea)<br />
* 0.5 L of water<br />
* 1 orange<br />
* Rock sugar</p>

What to do&#8230; </strong><br />
1) Boil the water; let it cool down for 3-5 min. Pour the water into the tea leaves on a pot .Let it stands for 4-5 min. Then separate the tea leaves from the brewed tea water<br />
2) Squeeze the orange, save the peels. Pour the orange juice and put some rock sugar into the brewed tea water. Stir for 1 minute.<br />
3) Pour the mixture tea into a bowl and place it into the refrigerator until ready to use. Grate the orange peel into small bits.<br />
4) Put ice into 2 tall glasses. Pour the tea into the glass. Decorate with finely chopped orange peel.<br />
<strong>Ice tea punch</strong></p>
<p>This recipe is easy to make and great for outdoor or indoor party. For this iced tea recipe, you will need:<br />
* 0.4 L of water<br />
* 1 tablespoons of tea (3 bags of instant tea)<br />
* 1 cup of orange juice<br />
* 1/4 cup of lemon juice<br />
* 1/4 cup of sugar<br />
* 0.2 L of ginger ale<br />
<strong>What to do&#8230; </strong><br />
1) Boil the water in the pot, let it stand for 2 min. Add the tea and brew for 4-6 min. Put all of the other ingredients, except the ginger ale, into another pot<br />
2) Pour the brewed tea water into the pot containing the ingredients. Prepare a bowl of ice. Pour the tea into the bowl<br />
3) Add ginger ale and stir well before serving</p>
